At Zeraki Jewels, we want you to be completely captivated by your new accessories; however, if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and custom-made pieces are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the jewelry items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and designer box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all certificates of authenticity are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition of the returned piece, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
